Treasured Memories

At Whispering Willow, we understand the joy that comes from sharing your life with a pet. We also understand the terrible grief associated with losing a pet, and the importance of treasured memories of happy times together. We want to keep those happy memories alive, by working with you to create a ‘one of a kind’ keepsake item that reflects the unique bond you shared, and is something you’ll love to wear or have in your home.

Exactly What You Want

Every Whispering Willow Keepsake is custom made and designed for you. Our aim is to provide you with a beautiful memento that you will cherish. To do this we spend as much time as you need discussing your requirements and ideas before we begin work on your hand made keepsake.

Keeping Them Close

Our keepsakes will enable you to keep your pet ‘close to your heart’ by encasing a small portion of their ashes in beautiful jewellery pieces or home décor items. We can also create keepsakes containing small locks of hair, or other items such as collar tags. We take the time to understand how you want your pet’s life celebrated. Every stage of our process treats your pet’s remains with care and respect.

Quality Settings

We keep a small range of high quality settings in stock from a designer we know, as we believe the quality of your keepsakes is paramount. We are able to source any other setting you wish including variations in shape, colour, metal and size. If you have a design in mind, we’ll make it happen.

Step By Step - here's how it works

Step One

Have a look around our website to get ideas for your keepsake, then contact us or email talktous@whisperingwillow.com.au to discuss your ideas. You don’t need to have decided exactly what you want at this point! We’ll get back to you promptly by email or phone (your choice) to talk things through, until you’re 100% happy and ready to place your order.

Step Two

Once you’ve decided on the setting, colours and other details, we’ll email you an invoice with total cost and instructions. If you decide to go ahead, you pay the invoice (via paypal, credit card or direct transfer) and send us a small amount of ashes and/or any other small inclusions we’ve agreed upon.

Step Three

Step 3: We’ll start creating your keepsake as soon as your payment has cleared and we’ve received your parcel. When the resin is fully cured, we’ll package your keepsake up carefully (along with any remaining ashes) and post it to you for free* (yay!). We’ll notify you when it’s on its way and you’ll be able to track its progress via an online parcel tracker.
